Enchanted Cat Cafe feels like a sanctuary for both feline enthusiasts and adoptable cats alike. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by the employees and once you enter the cat portion, a sense of tranquility instantly washes away the stresses of the outside world. The atmosphere is serene and calming, with soft ambient music playing in the background. Their drink options are varied from hot chocolate, coffee, many types of teas, and alcoholic beverage varieties. But the true stars of the show are, of course, the cats. Roaming freely throughout the cafe, these furry residents exude an air of contentment, basking in the attention of visitors. From playful kittens to sweet and sleepy seniors, each cat has its own unique personality, making it impossible not to fall in love at first sight. Whether you're a cat lover looking to make a new feline friend or simply seeking a new place to hang out, I highly recommend Enchanted Cat Cafe. Even after the hour in the lounge is done, it was nice to sit in the cafe and catch up with friends.

It's an absolute blast to visit all the cats They constantly have new kittens and new cats due to people adopting from them consistently. The staff is super duper friendly and lovely to talk to. I would highly recommend visiting this place as it's simply amazing. The cats are all well taken care of and well loved. Coming here every few months absolutely improves my quality of life. Not sure where to begin.. the sweetest owners, adorable kittens and the friendliest cats despite what they've been through before being rescued. I would come back 10000x Can't believe anyone would leave a negative review.

Such a fun place! I was so excited to see such a novel location in Reno. I came on a Sunday morning and it was such a peaceful time. They have a selection of some coffees and teas and serve a small menu from the Mother of Macros, so it’s nice clean food. The owners were incredibly kind and fun to chat with. The cat room is beautifully done and the decor is very aesthetic. The kitties just roam about within the room for you to socialize with. All the cats are from local rescue groups and adoptable, so it’s a great way to meet and greet a potential new friend in a much less stressful environment than a shelter. They also do a fantastic job with keeping the space very clean and having people sanitize before and after. Overall such a fun experience and definitely will be popping in more often.

I came here by reservation with a couple of my girl friends/fellow pet moms. We had a lot of fun playing with the kittens and adult cats! I love that they foster and adopt out cats, hold regular events at the cafe, and are friendly people. The merchandise they sell is really cute, too! I ordered an oat milk latte, and unfortunately, when I asked, they didn’t have any flavors to add; just some sweetener over by the cream and whatnot. Overall it was a really good experience I’d recommend to tourists and residents of Reno alike.

One of the best cat cafes I’ve been to in the country! The kitten room being separate was a great idea, and the adult cats were very friendly. They’ve done a wonderful job of socialization and you can tell the owner is very passionate about what she does. The resident cats are worth going to see just because. They have a lot of cat swag and trinkets you can buy for great prices. I got a bunch of stickers and keychains.

Wow! This is such a charming and lovely spot, the drinks were amazing (that chai mocha latte! Wow) and the snacks were so delicious (the donuts were so cute and really tasty, with a layered pastry type dough). The cats, obviously, are the star of the show. They had a list of rules beforehand and the host was very welcoming and informative. We washed our hands or sanitized before entering and they have this beautiful cat jungle gym with lots of cute and comfy furniture. There are bins with toys as well as treats available to give to the cats. There were two others with our group of 6 during our reservation and we all had plenty of space to pet cats and not run into each other or get in the way. We came at noon and the cats were mostly napping but we got to spend time with the four that were awake and they were really really friendly and sweet. They loved pets, toys, and treats. The rest were sleeping but were very open to pets if we offered a hand for them to sniff us first, and a couple preferred to hide out of touching distance and just slept or watched. One cat was inside a cage and we were allowed to open it up and play with her as long as we didn't let the other cats in since she didn't like the other cats. The host came in and introduced us to all of the cats and gave us their stories, it was really cool to learn about their backgrounds. I am just so sad we can't adopt them all! I really loved my time here and if we lived in Reno we would absolutely get a membership. Such a great place!

I was absolutely blessed to be referred to Kitty Kisses by my veterinarian! My senior cat has been placed on prescription dry food that I couldn't possibly afford. With in two days of contacting Kitty Kisses and posting our story. I received the food he needed, and he is doing so much better. I am so grateful for the time and assistance of the staff and their community. They are truly a blessing!!
